M-Landry was established in 2019 to support product companies with development, engineering, manufacturing and project work in China.
Industrial design, mechanical and structural engineering, DFM and project management form the core of the work. Prototyping, assembly and testing connect engineering decisions to physical results.
The manufacturing network brings together the processes and resources a product needs, from parts and tooling through assembly and testing. Electronics engineering and manufacturing are coordinated to suit the project.
The product may already be in production.
You can bring requirements, drawings, a prototype, an existing product, tooling, a supplier or an established production system. The scope can be a focused engineering change, a cost review, a quality investigation or coordinated manufacturing work.
Support can continue after a product reaches the market when technical, engineering, manufacturing or quality issues need attention.
Understanding the problem is part of the work.
Inspection, quality analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective action and supplier improvement are connected capabilities. For products already in production, the work can include ongoing quality improvement and follow-up.
We help resolve product and production questions. Marketing, selling and distributing a client’s products remain outside the service scope.
